- 7-Day Return Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. This aligns with Shopify’s return guidelines, AutoDS’s dropshipping standards, and GigaCloud’s B2B logistics policies.

- Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., bespoke dining tables or custom-configured saunas) are non-refundable unless defective or not as described, per AutoDS and GigaCloud’s custom product policies.
- Used Products: Items showing signs of use or damage beyond normal delivery wear are not eligible for refunds.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” on our website (mmluxuria.com) are non-refundable, as indicated at checkout.
